Refund Policy

All payments on Sakar are made via Myanmar mobile wallet or bank transfer. Pay slips are reviewed manually by an admin before access is granted.

1. Course Enrollments

  • Before your pay slip is approved: Contact us before admin approval to receive a full refund. No access has been granted at this point.
  • Within 7 days of activation, less than 20% of content accessed: Full refund available. Contact us with your payment receipt and registered email.
  • After 7 days, or more than 20% of content accessed: Refunds are not available, as substantial course content has been consumed.

2. Sakar Pro Subscriptions

  • Before admin approval: Full refund. Contact us before your screenshot is reviewed.
  • Within 7 days of activation, less than 20% of Pro content accessed: Full refund available.
  • After 7 days or more than 20% accessed: Non-refundable.

3. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full. Contact us immediately with the transaction details and dates.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email academic.sakar@gmail.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The product you are requesting a refund for (course name or subscription plan)
  • The payment date and amount
  • Your reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
